Bio
Leonard joined the London office of Index in 2011, as an Associate in the Growth team.
Previously, Leonard was a consultant at Oliver Wyman, where he worked cross-sector with clients in the US, Europe and the Middle East on topics ranging from growth strategies to operational improvement. There, Leonard also worked with The Venture Partnership Foundation, a grant-making foundation dedicated to supporting social entrepreneurs.
Leonard start working life within the Aerodynamics department of the Redbull Formula 1 racing team.
Leonard holds a 1st class Masters in Mechanical Engineering from Cambridge University where he was a Scholar and also a Business Masters from Collège des Ingénieurs, Paris. He has also lived in Japan.
